Okay - yeah. So, every programmer’s dad-going-through-a-divorce-need-some-money-quick has guilted them into designing a website to sell his house. My dad’s sold 4 months sooner than average. A house in his market selling for $250,000+ should have sat on the market 9-10 months. His was for sale for five months. This, my good friends is the power of good SEO, and a little bit of research. I’ve changed the SEO strategy on 17Pineview.com now to see if I can attract other traffic with the same site. A big old ‘Sold’ sign will go over every page as soon as the ink dries, but until the first check drops, I’m having a little bit of devilish fun.

Note: HTML 4.01 coding was used, but in order for some of the transformations to happen correctly, and for the Google Maps, XHTML 1 Transitional was declared in the DOCTYPE. Contrary to popular belief, this did not seem to affect the number of expected pageviews resulting from Google searches.
